How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. For large events or peak season (December-March), book 4-6 weeks ahead.
What if the weather is bad on my shoot date?
We can reschedule to the next available clear day at no additional cost. Drones cannot fly safely in heavy rain or strong winds.
How long does it take to get my footage?
Edited photos and videos are typically delivered within 7 business days. Rush delivery (3 days) is available for an additional fee.
Do you offer same-day bookings?
Same-day bookings are possible but not guaranteed. Contact us directly at 876-335-5272 to check availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7+ days before the shoot date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit.
Can you fly in different locations?
Yes! We serve all parishes across Jamaica. Travel fees may apply for locations outside Kingston, Montego Bay, and Negril.
